Declaration & Legal Disclaimer
By submitting this form, I hereby declare, represent, and warrant that I am either:
(i) the legal owner of the plot, or
(ii) the direct buyer with full legal authority to transact, or
(iii) the directly appointed and authorized agent of the legal owner or direct buyer.
I further confirm that no third-party brokers, intermediaries, referral agents, or agent chains (“trail of agents”) are involved in this submission. Any submission involving undisclosed third parties or indirect representation shall be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of DXBPlots.ae.
I expressly acknowledge and agree that DXBPlots.ae shall be entitled to a commission of ten percent (10%) of my total earned commission, payable upon the successful procurement, transaction, or completion of the plot deal, regardless of whether DXBPlots.ae is involved directly or indirectly with the buyer and/or seller.
This obligation shall remain valid and enforceable notwithstanding any parallel negotiations, alternative transaction structures, off-platform communications, or direct agreements concluded after the introduction by DXBPlots.ae.
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DXBPlots.ae, its owners, officers, and affiliates from any claims, disputes, losses, penalties, or liabilities arising from false declarations, lack of authority, or breach of this declaration.
This declaration constitutes a legally binding electronic agreement and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Dubai having exclusive jurisdiction.
